Production Accounting Specialist

Wrapbook is seeking a seasoned Production Accounting Specialist for a client-facing role, acting as a production accounting expert for customers. The specialist will support customers through onboarding, adoption, and early-stage product use—primarily within our Mid-Market segment, with occasional engagement across Enterprise and SMB clients. This role involves partnering with film and television customers to guide them through implementation, answer technical and workflow-specific questions, and ensure a smooth launch on Wrapbook’s production accounting platform. The Specialist acts as the frontline expert for both technical consultation and customer education during onboarding. The role helps scale modern accounting tools for the entertainment industry.
