Resource Manager

As a Resource Manager at BPM, you will lead a team of Resource Management Specialists across both Tax and Advisory service lines. This strategic role is responsible for optimizing workforce deployment, balancing capacity with demand, and ensuring the right people are assigned to the right engagements at the right time. You will collaborate closely with practice group leaders, HR, and Learning & Development to drive operational excellence and support firm growth. Key responsibilities include leadership and team management, strategic resource planning, operational execution, data and reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures workforce plans align with priorities and involves conflict resolution in resource allocation. The role also supports onboarding and initiatives related to career development.
