- Own Revenue Recognition: Ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.
- Define performance obligations at product launch.
- Own capitalized contract cost accounting end-to-end.
Scalable Process Design:
- Design controls and workflows to public company standards.
- Establish tiered intake and materiality thresholds.
- Own revenue close and sub-ledger integration.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Provide guidance on non-standard terms.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to catch revenue implications early.
- Run periodic training that reduces accounting fire drills.
