Post-Launch Transition, Stabilization & Optimization: Lead transition to ongoing operations, monitor outcomes, conduct post-launch reviews, and drive action plans to refine workflows and system performance for future improvements.
Client Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Build strong confidence with client and internal stakeholders through executive presence, clear communication, and influence across functions without direct authority.
