Digital Retention Specialist (Contract)

Role Overview:

• This is a contract role for a Digital Retention Specialist supporting a well-known consumer lifestyle brand's eCommerce and digital marketing team.
• The role is execution-focused, with strategy already established.
• The specialist will build, schedule, launch, and monitor email and SMS campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day email campaigns in Klaviyo, including building, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
• Execute SMS campaigns in Attentive and manage the campaign calendar.
• Coordinate with Creative and eCommerce teams to gather assets and ensure accurate launches.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on email/SMS marketing experience.
• Klaviyo experience required; Attentive experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
