About the Role:
- Own and grow retention marketing channels.
- Build, optimize, and scale lifecycle campaigns and automated flows.
- Drive revenue from existing customer base.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end email and SMS strategy and execution.
- Build and optimize automated flows and promotional calendar.
- Segment audiences and run A/B tests.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-5+ years experience in email and SMS marketing (DTC preferred).
- Proven expertise with Customer.io.
- Strong understanding of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
