Who We Are Looking For:
- Are you a detail-oriented CRM practitioner who takes pride in flawless execution?
- Do you want to build on your existing CRM foundation while deepening your expertise in email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing?
Core Responsibilities:
- Write and traffic email and SMS briefs, coordinating with internal teams and clients to keep copy, creative, and feedback moving on schedule.
- Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and flows within Klaviyo, implementing dynamic content and personalization.
- Pull and analyze CRM performance data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience or a related field.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
