Sr. Business Process Analyst

Business Analysis & Process Design:

• Analyze, define, and document business requirements on assigned work streams.
• Facilitate planning sessions to draft diagrams representing project context, solution design, and process flows.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into clear and actionable business requirements.

Solution Evaluation & Delivery Support:

• Conduct feasibility analysis to determine business and technology benefit of proposed solutions.
• Lead user story review meetings with Product and Technology partners as needed.
• Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Consultation:

• Partner with clinical, operations, product, technology, and analytics teams to align on solution design and delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Care Delivery leaders on process design and system enablement.
• Support structured decision-making through clear documentation, data-informed analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
