Senior Product Operations Manager

The R&D Operations team at Clari helps drive Product/Engineering strategic planning, product delivery and effectiveness, operational coordination, and rhythm while driving visibility and coordination within R&D and with our customers and stakeholders. This role requires developing and implementing key templates for product team communications. You will also implement, promote, train, and manage product management tools (feature requests, roadmap tooling, analytics, documentation). Help coordinate the site activities for annual and quarterly planning processes along with other Site R&D Ops leaders. Further responsibilities include creating and leveraging key communication artifacts for internal and external audiences (decks, documentation, wikis, release notes). Manage internal stakeholders throughout feature roll-outs (tracking, launch cohorts, internal communication, Customer Success enablement). Drive or contribute to complex cross-geo Product Operations programs (e.g., Voice of Customer, analytics/feedback support, launch processes). Moreover, you'll need to collect, operationalize, and present product feedback (Voice of the Customer, newsletters, roadmapping).
