Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain robust functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build, maintain, and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities using Lightning Web Components and Apex.
- Drive technical execution of a major telephony migration and lead Experience Cloud initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in both Salesforce development and administration.
- Proven expertise utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Extensive background in building system automations and integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms.
