In This Role:
- Support delivery operations within a professional services organization.
- Drive the rhythm of the business, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple business rhythms.
- Review delivery health metrics and financial data.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB), business operations, or business management functions.
- 8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and validating data using Excel and Power BI.
- Strong background in business management, program coordination, or operational roles within a regional or global organization.
