Junior Recruiter - LATAM Colombia (Remote)

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and support our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT profiles, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong ability to work independently while staying detail-oriented. This role is key in helping us identify and attract top talent, particularly in the areas of technology and cybersecurity. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offers and onboarding. Utilizing various channels to find qualified candidates, including job boards and professional networks. Collaborate with management and the Recruiting Coordinator to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions. Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records.
