Key Responsibilities:
- Performing data entry and order-level updates accurately and within expected handle times.
- Working assigned task queues to completion, meeting daily throughput expectations.
- Utilizing basic Microsoft tools (Excel, Forms, Word) to complete and document task work.
Qualifications:
- Basic navigation of Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word.
- Minimal ecommerce background or familiarity with online orders and marketplace platforms.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
Work Setup:
- This is a remote position requiring a work-from-home setup with dual monitors.
- Must have a stable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher) and a PC with minimum 4th gen i3 processor and 4GB RAM.
