Role Overview:
- Support and help reinforce Moss’s IRA/PWA compliance processes during active project execution at assigned sites.
- Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and foremen to support implementation of site-level compliance workflows aligned with construction schedules.
- Travel to project locations as needed to support execution, training, and issue resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining site-level compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Review site-level reporting inputs for completeness and accuracy prior to submission/finalization.
- Monitor project health indicators related to IRA/PWA compliance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain professional communication with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate timely delivery of required reporting and certifications.
- Support periodic site-level reviews/audits of compliance records and help drive corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day compliance coordination in the field.
