Key Responsibilities:
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities for ongoing profitable revenue growth, preparing for client calls and supporting team efforts.
- Develop and manage comprehensive account business plans in alignment with corporate strategy to meet sales goals and quotas.
- Build and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, managing its size and quality to achieve targets.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Requires 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience, with preference for healthcare or compliance-driven industry background.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in core selling skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and exemplary verbal and written communication.
