Job Description
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation for accurate financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills to network with other departments.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports chapters in accounting functions for accurate and timely processing.
- Prepares and analyzes financial reporting package including monthly variance report.
- Identifies ways to improve processes to be more efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Minimal 2 years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting is required.
- Experience in Salesforce and NetSuite is strongly preferred.
