Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain sales processes to ensure high-quality client servicing and generate new leads with prospective clients.
  • Sell company products, develop new business by identifying leads and qualifying prospects, and build lasting client relationships within an assigned territory.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and quotas, meeting or exceeding targets quarterly and annually, and implement strategies for the growth of the sales division.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree required, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred, and 5-10 years of sales experience.
  • Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales, with a proven track record in healthcare recruitment sales and ability to work with C-suite, HR, and senior executives.
  • Strong communication skills, a record of target achievement in sales and revenue, collaborative teamwork, excellent presentation abilities, and experience in issue resolution and problem-solving.
