Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. This role involves identifying, developing, and closing leads, promoting product education, and managing customer concerns. You will utilize sales tools, complete administrative tasks, and build profitable business partnerships to ensure long-term sales success.

You will meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography, manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities, manage, support and build relationships at key converters and OEM customers, develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers, and train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts.

As a District Manager, you will provide sales expertise to support Channel Partner growth. You will develop strong product knowledge and apply it to partners, A&E Firms, and end-users. Success will be measured by the overall growth and success of assigned Channel Partners, requiring travel for support, training, and presentations.
