Lead Product Manager

Coordinate multiple Product squads while personally leading strategic projects for the company. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals and will report to the VP Product. Your role will involve strategic planning, Product leadership, and driving innovation across multiple product lines. As Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for team leadership: Mentor, grow, and lead high-performing Product Managers and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Also responsible for roadmap development: Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across several product lines, ensuring they align with company goals and market needs. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes. Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy, aligning it with the company's mission and business objectives. Lead the development of new product initiatives and the evolution of existing products. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain Joko's innovative edge and utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions and measure success.
