Responsibilities:
- Lead projects improving business processes, data visibility, and efficiency.
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions.
- Build reports, dashboards, and applications using Power BI, Databricks, and Salesforce.
Required Experience:
- Curiosity for improving processes using data and technology.
- Analytical skills with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex processes into scalable solutions.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building automated workflows in Slack or Salesforce.
- Understanding of the oil and gas space.
