Prepared is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build a high-performing, mission-driven team that transforms emergency response. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions, partnering closely with leadership to ensure exceptional talent is attracted and hired.
Responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting for up to 10 GTM roles at a time, developing and executing recruiting strategies aligned with GTM headcount goals, managing stakeholder relationships, leading offer processes, utilizing metrics and reporting, continuously improving processes, and leveraging tools effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and GTM functions, be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a builder mindset, be a clear communicator, be operationally strong, and possess GTM market insight.
