Paralegal - Legal Operations

Responsibilities:

• Support the legal team across day-to-day matters, including reviewing and tracking commercial contracts through their full lifecycle.
• Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Assist with due diligence, research, and documentation for corporate transactions and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5–7 years of paralegal experience and thrive in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Requires strong organizational instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and hands-on experience supporting commercial contract workflows.
• Paralegal certification or completion of an ABA-approved program is required.

Work Environment:

• Candidates must be comfortable working independently across time zones and managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to move contracts through internal approval processes.
• Prior experience in a legal department or law firm supporting commercial or corporate practice is strongly preferred.
