Essential Job Duties:
- Oversee payouts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the configuration and processing within the Sales Compensation Management Tool.
- Process exception requests adhering to approval workflows.
Process Optimization & Collaboration:
- Evaluate and drive continuous process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR for alignment on plans.
- Support the annual review and rollout of new compensation plans.
Required Skills:
- Manage and optimize complex compensation plans.
- Proficiency with Sales Compensation Management Tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
