Job Description

The Associate Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness is a strategic leader helping to drive the evolution of the talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture. This role will lead the design and delivery of integrated programs across talent management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and culture and engagement. This role will also be pivotal in leading the company’s AI transformation and workforce enablement, ensuring employees are empowered to leverage AI tools and mindsets to enhance innovation, productivity, and collaboration. Responsibilities include talent development and management, learning & leadership development, AI enablement, and organizational effectiveness. Also includes culture, engagement & employee experience, team & stakeholder leadership.
