Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives to build strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs and own client retention and expansion.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, manage product promotion campaigns, and introduce new features to grow clients into long-term partners.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Senior/Enterprise CSM autonomously managing complex large clients (50+ employees) and building relationships with senior customer executives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, functional knowledge of Remote's platform, and experience mentoring team members in a global or startup environment.
Practical Details:
- You'll report to the Manager, Customer Success, with a location in EMEA and a start date as soon as possible.
- The application process includes an async exercise, interviews with the recruiter, future manager, team members, and an executive bar raiser interview.
