Job Description
Support the Total Rewards team with compensation projects, analysis and day-to-day partnering with the Talent Acquisition (TA) partners and People Business Partners (PBP). Administer and support base pay, bonus and equity global compensation programs. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications for new and existing positions. Refresh ranges with updated market data analyze impact. Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and impact of proposed changes related to compensation, internal equity, and external competitiveness. Provide compensation subject matter guidance to TA and PBPs. Support job architecture project work. Support compensation planning cycles in Workday. Participate in compensation benchmarking, pay practice and trend surveys, and analyze our programs and practices against the results. Assist in the development, documentation and communication of compensation policies and programs. Maintain and regularly audit job and compensation data in Workday. Monitor regulatory changes impacting compensation including pay transparency, minimum wage requirements, overtime rules, and GDPR.
