Engineering Manager, Mobile

Role Overview:

• Lead the mobile engineering team defining technical strategy and ensuring delivery of high-quality mobile experiences.
• Manage a talented team of mobile engineers while shaping architecture, quality, and future direction of iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Platform, Security, and Data teams for cohesive end-to-end experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Own technical direction of mobile applications by guiding architecture decisions and scalability improvements.
• Establish mobile engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, release processes, and incident response.

Requirements:

• 5+ years software engineering experience with native mobile development using Swift or Kotlin.
• 3+ years engineering management experience leading mobile teams in product-focused environment.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of consumer or B2B mobile products including architecture, release, and improvement.
