Engineering Manager, Mobile

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow a team of mobile engineers with responsibility for performance management, career development, and hiring.
• Own the technical direction of Calendly's mobile applications, making foundational decisions on architecture, platform standards, and engineering quality.
• Drive roadmap execution in close partnership with product and design, ensuring the team ships with velocity and confidence.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on work in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading mobile engineers in a product-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of a consumer or B2B mobile product from architecture decisions through release.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both iOS and Android platforms (not just one).
• Background in SaaS or productivity tools where the mobile app is a primary user touchpoint.
• Familiarity with mobile release operations: app store processes, staged rollouts, crash monitoring, and instrumentation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range from $193,855 to $281,888 USD annually, depending on location and experience.
