Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented xDR Operations Specialist to optimize processes and systems, support teams, and ensure data accuracy. This role involves technical troubleshooting, data management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include customer support such as acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues and managing support cases in Salesforce, data management to investigate and resolve data anomalies, monitoring & troubleshooting performance metrics and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to drive operational excellence.
