Job Description
Adaptive is seeking a GTM Recruiter to help achieve ambitious growth goals for go-to-market teams. As GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner with Recruiting Leads to source, engage, and hire top-tier GTM talent and take ownership of select searches from kickoff to offer. You’ll play a key role in building the candidate pipeline and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience for roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities include defining role requirements, managing full-cycle recruiting, proactively sourcing candidates, maintaining candidate data in Ashby ATS, building talent pipelines, and contributing to employer branding.
Qualifications include 2–3 years of recruiting experience for GTM roles, strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS platforms, and excellent communication skills. The role is fully remote and based in the United States.
