What We're Looking For:
- 2-7 years of experience litigating first-party insurance disputes.
- Active Texas license and strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Proactive mindset with confidence to lead files while collaborating with colleagues.
What You'll Do:
- Manage an active first-party litigation docket through all phases of litigation.
- Defend bad faith lawsuits involving commercial and residential property, UM/UIM, and coverage disputes.
- Develop strategy with client representatives and build strong relationships through exceptional communication.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Target base salary of $145,000-$180,000 with performance bonus opportunities.
