- Establish scalable project management standards, tools, and governance practices.
- Monitor project health and risks, intervening early and delivering portfolio-level reporting.
Customer and Leadership Partnership:
- Build trusted relationships with VA stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-project dependencies and leverage lessons learned.
