- Oversee governance processes including change control, risk management, and approvals.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication:
- Provide regular portfolio-level reporting and translate project data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Align with Sales, Product, Development, Integration, and Leadership teams for successful delivery.
