About the Role:
- Senior delivery leader within Professional Services responsible for implementation and services portfolio.
- Player-coach role: own strategic customer engagements while leading a small PM team.
- Reports to Senior Director, Professional Services and partners with global teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Own portfolio leadership and delivery execution for complex, multi-phase engagements.
- Establish PMO standards, governance, and reporting across the organization.
- Manage financial performance, risk, and executive communication for strategic accounts.
What You’ll Bring:
- Significant experience managing enterprise technology implementations and PM teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build PMO processes and use PSA platforms like Rocketlane.
- Strong executive communication and escalation-management skills.
