Project Management:
- Maintain Government-approved PMP, Project Charter, integrated schedule, milestones, RAID Log, and Stakeholder Registry.
- Develop and maintain a Portfolio Management Dashboard for portfolio-wide visibility.
Reporting and Meetings:
- Lead weekly status meetings with COR and produce Weekly Task Reports.
- Prepare semi-monthly budget and schedule trackers and Monthly Progress Reports.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
- Maintain centralized repositories, action trackers, and risk/issue logs.
Collaboration:
- Work with Program Director, Pilot PM, and Communications Specialist for coordinated execution.
- Support development of executive-ready briefing materials for SES, governance, and Congress.
