Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role on the team, utilizing your administrative skills to handle tasks according to established guidelines. You will independently manage both standard and unique assignments, contributing to the team's efficiency in achieving its goals. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the project delivery team and other departments such as calendar management, note-taking, presentation creation, and report preparation, inputting and maintaining data, conduct research and analyze data and perform other administrative tasks as assigned. The requirements include experience in administrative support roles, exceptional organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Google Sheets; strong attention to detail; ability to solve problems, adaptability, and customer service skills.
