Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle all day-to-day queries with resolution for in-scope verticals including HR, IT, Finance, and benefits, requiring availability to work Wednesday through Sunday.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing data on absences and leaves, and carry out audits to ensure accurate and timely payments for professionals.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with 4-6 years in Global Shared Services across APAC, EMEA, and US regions, and at least 2 years in Global HR Shared Service with an IT Helpdesk focus.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, with additional language skills advantageous, and experience in tools like Peoplesoft, Workday, or Zendesk.
  • Ability to work in dynamic shifts, including potential weekend support, and meet SLAs and KPIs while thriving in an international team environment.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote-first position with a shift schedule from 10:00 pm IST to 7:00 am IST, Wednesday to Sunday, in a diverse and inclusive culture that values equity and opportunity.
  • The role involves coordinating with internal centers of excellence and external stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives and continuous process improvement.
