Senior Director, Revenue (OTC / Accounting)

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This involves driving process integrity and robust governance in a complex, scaling environment. You will implement a new revenue automation system such as NetSuite ARM or RevPro, manage a global team, and build strong partnerships across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing the OTC function, leading revenue automation system implementation, managing revenue close, building and mentoring an international revenue team, drafting and enforcing OTC policies, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Finance. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements, conduct training sessions, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, and 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role leading a dispersed/global team.
