Event Production:

-Produce in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, including tours, livestreams, and broadcast-style moments.

-Build and manage run of show documents, technical specs, AV and streaming requirements, rehearsals, and day-of execution.

-Troubleshoot issues quickly, always offering practical solutions.

Creative Operations:

-Scope project requirements and translate large initiatives into clear project plans with milestones and tasks.

-Coordinate across creative, marketing, product, localization and legal to keep work aligned and moving forward.

-Maintain visibility into timelines, budgets, and approvals to reduce risks and delays.

Project Management:

-Build and maintain project plans and schedules that keep stakeholders informed and accountable.

-Track progress and surface updates so teams stay aligned on what is happening and what is coming next.

-Help foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment across marketing and creative teams.
