Sales Operations Associate

The Sales Operations Associate will provide day to day auditing and review sales agents call recordings. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following: Find discrepancies in sales process and provide reporting, provide data to help the sales management team, monitor performance indicators, manage sales tracking tools and report on important information. Requirements include 1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment, experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce, basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets, experience supporting a team, forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions, highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently, in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, excellent communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills.
