Backend Engineer

The Role:

• As a Backend Engineer, you will own baseline architecture implementations and design activities in close collaboration with the engineering team.
• You will help build a new system for reference and configuration data used in domestic and cross-border processing.

What You'll Do:

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions in a high-throughput production environment.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and messaging systems, including NATS, while integrating frontend interfaces with reactive backends.
• Drive quality with comprehensive unit tests, ATDD/BDD, and participation in Agile ceremonies.

• Expert-level Java, Spring, and reactive programming skills with at least 3 years of full stack experience.
• Strong commitment to engineering best practices, API design, and event-driven architectures.
