Primary Responsibilities:
- Support core functions of enterprise clinical information systems to enable safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Assist physicians, nurses, and other clinicians with issue resolution related to EHR, CPRS/VistA, clinical applications, and supporting tools.
- Assess information and knowledge-based needs of healthcare professionals and patients; characterize, evaluate, and refine clinical processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health informatics, healthcare administration, information systems, public health, or related field.
- 4+ years of clinical informatics, healthcare operations, EHR support, clinical applications, or health systems improvement experience.
- Experience developing documentation, training materials, SharePoint resources, user guidance, dashboards, metrics, or operational tools.
