Job Description

Detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist is needed to manage all aspects of benefits administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated total rewards offerings that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Key responsibilities include administering employee benefits programs, conducting compensation analyses, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, collaborating with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams, and assisting in the design and implementation of total rewards programs. This role also involves preparing reports to monitor total rewards metrics. Qualifications include a bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, a strong understanding of HR compliance, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
