Looking for a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
