EMR Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expertise of all BillionToOne EMR solutions, consistently optimizing solution offerings and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers/systems and their IT teams to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, change management, Go-Live Support, and Post Go-Live Support planning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab.
• Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and the end-to-end EMR integration process, and how to bridge together all three.
• Proven healthcare project management experience with successful track record of managing deadlines, customers, and schedules.
