What You'll Do:

• Examine chain of title for condominium projects and individual interests.
• Perform complex title examination and abstract records.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of title exam and searching; knowledge of legal terms.
• Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma; Title Agent license preferred.
