Responsibilities:
- Search and examine complex title orders to determine condition of title.
- Clearly explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers.
- Prepare accurate and compliant title reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service and title industry knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience.

Location:
- Fully remote, but must be US resident.
