About the Role:
- Serve as a Customer Service Representative handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation for assigned portfolios.
- Operate Monday through Friday during business hours with no weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, analyze payment history, and advise on account statuses including title transfers and total loss.
- Assist with extensions, deferrals, payments, and clearly communicate solutions.
- Manage multiple systems simultaneously and perform manual calculations.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication coupled with excellent multitasking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus reliable internet and a quiet home office.
