Job Description
The Business Coach plays a critical role in accelerating the performance and growth of business leaders at Garage Door Freedom. This position provides one-on-one and group coaching to business owners and leaders, with the goal of strengthening their business acumen, operational discipline, and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities include coaching owners, managers, and team leads on key business drivers, developing personalized coaching plans, analyzing business performance reports, delivering structured coaching sessions, facilitating workshops, partnering with internal teams, tracking progress, providing feedback, and contributing to resources.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of coaching, consulting, business ownership, or senior-level operations experience in home services. You will need proven ability to coach and influence business owners and frontline leaders, a strong understanding of P&L, KPIs, and operational levers, and excellent communication and facilitation skills. Must be able to travel about 20% to industry events.
