Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient enrollment and device setup, providing education on remote monitoring.
  • Oversee data collection, transmission, and storage; monitor patient health trends and escalate issues.
  • Develop patient engagement strategies and ensure quality assurance and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, strong communication, and customer service skills.
