Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient enrollment and device setup, providing education on remote monitoring.
- Oversee data collection, transmission, and storage; monitor patient health trends and escalate issues.
- Develop patient engagement strategies and ensure quality assurance and documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
- At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
- High level of professionalism, strong communication, and customer service skills.
